Please expect to allow from 7 days for watercolours to 3 weeks with acrylics for completion of your personalised pet portrait. I usually have a waiting list and am working on multiple orders. Completion times may depend on your choice of medium and portrait size and complexity. Please allow longer for orders of acrylics.
If time is short, I will do my best to accommodate your order. Please note that orders are generally prioritised on a first come first served basis, on receipt of the deposit and suitable photographs. It is advisable to book and put down your deposit early to avoid disappointment!
In a Real Hurry?
Depending on the type and size of portrait and my workload, I can carry out rush orders with 48 hr turnaround. These will incur a 25% premium and postage for next day delivery will be charged accordingly. Contact me to see if I can accommodate your urgent order.
If you’ve left it really late, don’t forget you can purchase a gift certificate that can be emailed to the recipient. This can be used against pet portrait orders or redeemed on my online shop.
